Martin Keith eats eight hot dogs for breakfast daily and he is so stout that he cannot even move himself, just be bed-ridden. In order to regularly visit hospital that is close to his home in Harlesden, North-West London, the world’s fattest man needs the help of eight ambulance workers to be put in the vehicle.
These trips to hospitals are the only reasons he left his house during the past ten years. Besides ambulance workers, four carers visit him twice a day and four nurses three times a week in order to wash him and examine his condition since his excess weight influence his heart and other internal organs.
In order to get a gastric band that will lead to weight loss, Keith would have to lose a half of his current weight.
Before Martin won the title of the heaviest man in the world, a 90-stone Mexican Manuel Uribe, 44, was considered to be the heaviest man on the planet. He is still listed in the Guinness Book of Records as the heaviest man, but at the present time he managed to shrink his weight to 31st 6lb.

Super-sized Mr Martin seems to have no plans to follow Mr Mason’s lead, and tells a Channel 5 documentary, due to be aired next week, that his life of excess was triggered by the death of his mother when he was a teenager.
Seems like Martin has no plans on weight loosing as he said in the Channel 5 documentary:
My mother died when I was 16 and I didn’t care about anything after that and I couldn’t care less about what happened to me – I ate anything and everything. I blame myself. It was my fault and I hate what I have done to myself.”

Martin’s daily menu
He eats for breakfast either 8 hot dogs and four slices of bread or a mound of ham sandwiches taken with the coffee with sugar. For lunch he prefers chocolate bars, cakes, biscuits and again coffee with sugar. And for dinner Keith opt for two whole roast dinners including all the trimmings and sausages and a family-sized bag of chips in addition.
Martin has no girlfriend and cannot find himself any clothes that will fit his 5ft 9in size with a six-foot waist. He cannot survive without the 24 hour support of the carers and his 2 sisters. All his does watching TV all day long and eating sweets, cakes, biscuits and sausages.
