The human’s greediness doesn’t have limits when it comes to freebie. Five large British fans of Australian beer Foster’s went through awful pain as they had Foster’s logo waxed on their backs in order to get free beer.
The beer brand decided to bring into play such advertisers as the newly launched TV commercial is focusing on body hair. It is preceded by the ad, which featured two Australian ladies giving advices to inexperienced Brits.
This ad campaign signified the end of the 14-year-long relationship with advertising campaign M&C Saatchi. In order to prepare the “models”, it took three hours and two waxers to form round-shaped logos on their backs.

Marion Dubrasquet, one of the waxers from BLOWW salons, said:
I’ve never done anything like this before. They definitely had the most unruly hair I’ve ever dealt with, yet behaved like some of the most delicate customers. There were certainly a fair few whimpers and groans.”
Simon Burbage, 26, one of the “models” stated he would never go through such a pain again:
I’ve been debating what I should do with my back hair for a while. I’m glad Foster’s is encouraging men to be themselves and give waxing a miss in future – I’ll be taking their advice.”
Nic Casby, Foster’s brand manager, said:
We are encouraging men to embrace the laidback Aussie attitude to life and not be so concerned when it comes to their looks.”
