Justin Timberlake gained incredible popularity being a singer. However singing is not the only talent of Justin as he made several attempts as an actor. He decided to be one of those who try to combine both singing and acting careers. All of us remember his prominent role in a criminal movie “Alpha Dog”. So, the singer-turned-actor does his best in order to be recognized as a serious actor.
Last year Justin Timberlake played in “Social Network” movie which turned out to be a very successful project. The singer and actor didn’t slacken his pace though but oppositely went forward at a steady gait. So, this year two films with his participation were released. In “Bad Teacher”, he played a weird but rich nerd. In “Friends With Benefits”, Justin‘s character, an art director, was fed up with serious relationships and was seeking for sex without emotional attachment. So, he found his “soulmate” in Mila Kunis’ heroine.
On October 28, 2011 the premiere of sci-fi thriller called “In Time” with Justin Timberlake will take place. In this movie, his co-star is Amanda Seyfried who played with Justin in “Alpha Dog” by the way.
The movie demonstrates the futuristic society which discovers the way to stop ageing. Every person stops ageing at 25 years. Seems, it’s a great perspective; however he or she has just one year to live. So, in order to prolong his or her life, the person is supposed to pay for it. Thus, the luxury to be young living longer at the same time is available only for very rich people. Justin Timberlake’s character is a representative of working-class who barely can pay for his life. However he gets a great chance from a benefactor who gives him hundred credits. Unfortunately the poor man was accused of killing the benefactor. This forces him to run from the police bringing with himself a charming hostage – Amanda Seyfried’s heroine.
So, will Justin Timberlake focus only on his acting career, or he will manage to succeed in two fields at the same time? The more so because he has good examples.
