Though summer is not there yet, the major clothing brands are already launching their autumn/winter 2012 loobooks. H&M clothing label was amongst the first to present their version of the lookbook in order to demonstrate their upcoming collection in the full range.
After taking a look at the new lookbook, one can see there was a main focus on suiting and tailored apparel like the knitwear with rollneck, blazers, overcoats and tailored trousers.
Andreas Lowenstam, H&M head menswear designer, said:
The suit is the most important garment for men at H&M this fall, and it’s amazing to see how it can be worn in so many modern ways. Traditions mix with new ideas to build a new wardrobe that’s all about personal style.”
However, in the process of creating the perfectly fitting suits and trousers, which are extremely trendy today, the famous clothing chain didn’t forget about the accessories and details that are intended to complete the outfit and add individuality to the look. Brogues, leather gloves, bags, ties, colored socks and even the umbrella are intended to add piquancy and chic touch to the look.
The H&M lookbook offers the wide range of color shades influenced by the characteristic colors of autumn such as burgundy, burnt orange, olive green and of course brown. As for the textures, the collection features the stunning tweeds and wool, which is not only beneficial during freezing winter days, but also will add the touch of luxury and class.
